Fall Meeting 2017 Huge Success thank-you Coldspring

CMA Fall Meeting at  Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino & Raymond Granite

Thank you, Coldspring Granite, for giving us this great opportunity.

Our Fall meeting was a great success, over 40 CMA Members participated if you could not make it you missed a great show.  It was at  Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino and a tour of Raymond Granite.

In the Board Meeting we discussed the Joint meeting in Dublin California March 15 -17 2018, we believe that we will have over 120 people at this show.  The Word is out we are getting inquiries all the way from New York to participate in our Spring show.  Room Rate will be around the 119.00 area and registration will be $200.00.

We are getting ready to published our first newsletter so keep an eye out in your mail around the end of October.

Bobby Mattos will be starting his Presidency of the Monument Builders of North America in January so let’s show him our support.

We talk about having honorary members of the CMA after a monument builder retires hate to lose all that knowledge.

As President of this association, I want to thank my board and members which make my job so much easier.

On behalf of Coldspring, Dave, Dusty and I.

We appreciate all those CMA members who joined us this past weekend in Raymond for our Quarry, Production Tour and lunch at Pat’s house.

We sincerely hope that the event was educational, beneficial and a time well spent for everyone.

I personally appreciate all the thank you comments, emails and texts that were shared with us. As you know putting on these events are a large investment in time, energy and money. It was a major relief to hear that so many thought fondly of the efforts and time spent with us in Raymond.

For those members who took the time to connect with Dusty, Dave and I; sharing their thoughts on how we can grow our business together and better utilize the stone and resources we have in our backyard. I want to especially thank you. One of my personal goals is to think differently and find ways that we can mutually benefit from our relationships. This includes promoting domestic stone and our bronze foundry in Minnesota.

This weekend will be remembered by us for years to come and is already memorialized on my wall – above my desk.

Cheers! To a wonderful weekend spent with friends and coworkers.

Can’t wait for Dublin / Bras and Mattos meeting coming up next!!

Dusty, Dave, Dante and the Coldspring team.
